The Power of Empowerment

Everyone knows about the tremendous benefit a leader can invoke on an individual by creating empowerment.  By doing so, it creates tremendous employee loyalty which enables one to maintain strong conviction for a product or service, even during tough times.

To the contrary, an apathetic leader can easily rip apart an individual’s self confidence/ esteem, which in turn leads to the employee giving up. This loss of could end up becoming the single biggest liability an employer could ever face – losing the conviction and passion of its employee.

Once that is gone, it is very difficult to ever get it back…
